Open box
Box was open, power inside was all lumps, I threw it out

This is a cheap Chinese made Tower, it has springs behind the faucets, if you use this for coffee as I intend to this will eventually, do yourself a favor and buy a tower with pressure sealing faucet to shank whick does not have the cheap springs.

Good product
