They sent updates about shipping, messaged me to inform me about drivers, a fresh install of Windows, etc. For shipping it was very carefully packaged in a box within a box with extra styrofoam, bubble wrap, etc. The pc came exactly as described and with a tube of thermal paste. Easily the best purchase experience. I’ve never bought a used PC before but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them!

Does the job, but you get what you pay for
Worked to convert RCA to HDMI for a TV that doesn't support old inputs anymore. For the price, it's hard to complain! Still, it's worth mentioning the conversion isn't very clean and colors get blurred and misaligned a little. To some degree, that's just the nature of RCA, but if picture quality is of great importance, you'll probably want to spend a bit more on a better adapter. Otherwise, this one is serviceable enough for casual usage.

Stop paying for what you don't use and get this instead!
1 of 1 found this helpful Had a small problem activating the SIM, but live chat support was pretty quick and easy to get it sorted out. Considering this is literally $3/mo for the most *phone* service many *internet* users will ever need, good customer service makes the value here all the more impressive. Even with adding data for internet communication services you'll still end up paying far less than first-party plans.
