I do not have a safe place as I am a terraced house with no garden and I do not speak with any neighbours. Seller refuses to cooperate in this matter. Bad feedback left. I have attempted to resolve this but as the parcel was delivered to your neighbour backed up by GPS loction and photo I was unable to raise a claim agaist Hermes as they had followed delivery instructions. I offered to send you the claim form via email so you could continue the claim and sign to say you didnt have the good but you refused this. If I could make a loss claim i would happily refund and chase myself

Brilliant product, price and service
5 of 5 found this helpful I've been looking a these for a while but the full price for a new one was too much of a stretch for me.
Vax refurbished store was brilliant, much cheaper than a brand new and still with a warranty.
The glide arrived In just 2 days and other than a plain box it looks brand new and unused.
Using the glide is a joy, I can clean my whole downstairs in about a 1/4 of the time it used to take with hoovering an mopping, I should have got one ages ago.
Slight niggles is that it doesn't clean right to the edge so a quick wipe with a cloth is needed, but even still it's so much better than mop and vaccume.
If you can't tell already I love it, and at the outlet price it's a steal, thanks Vax :)
