Excellent sound for price

To my ears they have a slight bias in the mid-bass and upper-mids, but close to neutral. I'd still use them for working with audio. Good frequency extension. Very revealing of detail in sound. The imaging and soundstage is excellent. Very open, three-dimensional sound; easy to pinpoint locations of sound... I like using them when working with reverb. They'd also make great gaming headphones.
Comfort -
Definitely comfortable. They don't put pressure against my ears and are lightweight. Sometimes they do need to be adjusted however as the earcups are very large, and placement on the ear can make a difference in sound.
Value -
Even at full price, (around $150 I believe) I haven't heard better headphones in that price range.
