Not Very Salisfied of how I got this product
2 of 3 found this helpful Originally I ordered a product similiar to this and the company owner wrote to me about another product that they told me was better than the one originally ordered which I went along with but at the end I got another product that they never told me I would finally get. The product that I received came in a box that was kind of worn down it did not include the control and the electric cable plug in that usually comes with it but instead it came in the mail separately. When I went to program the WiFi function two name popped uped on the list that makes me believed that this was a used product. Finally I really could not used the control because it works with a lot of difficulty I had to buy a mouse so I can command my selections. I really feel cheated but what the hell it works anyway and I do not feel in the mood to return the product. I am aware that this message will not be showed but somebody will read it.
