  The packaging and protection was not sufficient for this item, and as a result the guide bar ejected itself at some point during the short shipping process. After contacting the seller regarding the missing part, they took ownership of the mistake and offered reasonable and immediate refund. They also offered return as well, but I opted to keep the item. Overall, it was still a positive experience.
