Very happy with our new phone.
I gave it a 4 out 5 not because it's better than expected. Since it was described as never used, I expected it to be in perfect working order; otherwise, I would have returned it. I gave it a 4 out of 5 rating because I am very satisfied with it. I have to say, though, that I don't like the ring tone and that it's not quite like the phone we had, which we bought in 1986 and unbelievably worked beautifully until this past summer. That phone was larger than the one we recently purchased with a few more features and I was a little disappointed about that. However, this new one is still a great phone and I hope it will last a long time as well.
