Great hubcap for a great car

I was very happy with the purchase of the 1958 Chevy hub cap. It was in beautiful condition and I am finding out that they are becoming hard to find in that shape. It will look great on the 1958 Chevy Biscayne sedan that has been in the family since new!

Studebaker Avanti - Fantastic Quality Photo of Record Setter Paula Murphy

I was pleasantly surprised with the very high quality of the photo. I have the same car as the one in the photo and I was able to frame it along with a copy of a letter that Andy Granatelli had sent to Sherwood Egbert. Granatelli was the driver who did most of the testing at the Bonneville Salt Flats in 1962. Egbert was the President of the Studebaker Corporation . The woman in the picture is Paula Murphy who was the fastest woman in the world. No woman had ever driven a car that set a speed record of over 160 miles per hour! So as you can see the photo had significant historical importance especially if you are a fan of the record busting Studebaker Avanti!
