    Seller removed autographed Dale Earnhardt photo from protective sleeve shown in listing, folded it in thirds to ship, permanently damaging it. When confronted, they said “I don’t consider that damaged.” Refused to accept return or cover shipping. Completely irresponsible handling of a collectible item and dismissive attitude. Avoid if you value honesty and proper packaging. Buyer beware.

    I tried my best. It was shipped very good. I offered a full refund, minus shipping cost. She declined and became toxic. She Won my auction super cheap. I did everything but give it to her for free.

    Folding a signed collectible into thirds after removing it from the sleeve shown is blatant mishandling, not “very good” shipping. Offering roughly 78% of an order while refusing return shipping for seller‑caused damage is not a “full refund.” Telling me to “let eBay settle it,” then demanding I pay to return, is inconsistent. Winning cheap doesn’t license you to damage it prior to shipping. I didn’t want it free—I wanted accountability. Your conduct shows disregard for buyers and collectible.
