Great for reaching into tight spots and removing clamps. Holds good tight grip onto work piece.

I like the longer reach of the pliers. I am able to get into tight spots are easily remove spring clamps. Has nice cross cut on the face to hold onto clamps and wire. I like that the rubber grips resist gas and oil. Very satisfied with purchase.

Battery arrived completely dead.

I can't complain about the price I paid for the Battery but I have doubts if it will last as long as the OEM Battery that came with my tool. The Battery arrived completely dead. Which tells me the Battery was old stock and was severely discharged. I installed the Battery in my Milwaukee Battery Charger and flashed code that the Battery was dead. I checked the Battery voltage manually with my Fluke Digital Volt Meter and it showed the battery had a little over 1 Volt of charge. I manually charged the battery to get the voltage up enough so I was able to get my Milwaukee Battery Charger to start charging the battery. I did manage to get the Battery charged but I don't know about the long term use I will be able to get out of the Battery. So if something seems to be priced to good to be true then sometimes it is.

Great Battery and Charger. 20700 battery an Improvement over older 18650

This was an upgrade from my Bosch 18 Volt Gen 1 Batteries which were of the 18650 variety. The newer 20700 Battery pack has much more power and lasts much longer than the original Battery. The Battery pack does not add that much weight to my impact as compared to other brands. I like the green Battery life indicator on the back of the battery, very bright. Well worth the price. Highly recommend upgrading to the newer 20700 cell Battery Packs.
