Lots of great-looking recipes
Haven't used it yet but the recipes in this book look inspiring.

Compact, strong and comfortable to hold
The bands are strong and durable. They are more comfortable than the tubular bands with handles that can hurt depending and how they are placed. They are also easier to hold on to than the flat latex strips, which you have to wrap around you hands and grip tightly. They have many great instructional videos on YouTube that cover any muscle groups.

A sweet reflection on loving animals
3 of 3 found this helpful If you like cats, this is THE movie you should see. There are so many cats with different personalities all living on the streets of Istanbul along side the city's (human) inhabitants. Seeing how they interact with the people, and how the people love them back and care for them is heartwarming. Lovely stories: cats weaving around the ankles of people eating at an outside bistro and some of the people petting them and giving them food; an old man brings a big bag of cut up fish every day on his regular walk and gives some to all the cats who are waiting for him; or, a man finds a tiny kitten he thinks is dead, but, when he sees a tiny sign of life, he cradles the little kitten in his hand and gets in a taxi to a vet for care, probably paying the bill himself.
A very sweet, almost meditative movie, Never a sad, cruel moment.
