Questionable quality
Although the masks are acceptable quality they did not come in a sealed package or sealed box so not sterile. Made in China with no verification of any kind of certification on box. Not sure they are legit.

Good for smaller faces
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a good mask for small faces but I would not recommend for those with larger heads. I am a petite woman and the fit is tight which is what I wanted but would probably not work for someone larger

Makes good espresso but has learning curve. Steam wand leaks
2 of 2 found this helpful This machine makes good espresso and froths milk well enough for latte art once you develop the skills and learn the workarounds. So there is a learning curve. One caveat, the steam wand drips and spurts water more than any other machine I've owned. It's a common problem with the Gaggia Classic and the steam valve is prone to failing. If that happens you'll be stuck replacing it yourself or spending a ton of money shipping it back for repair. Also, the first machine I purchased had a bad connection which blew out within days. Obviously quality control is lacking but then that's true of too many products these days as corporations cut corners to make more profit. Still, it's a solid machine and not a throwaway if it breaks down as it seems pretty easy to DIY if you have the skills and patience. There are lots of online forums and how-to videos and parts are easy to find.
