  Poorly packaged, dispatched £120 worth of model trains with 6/7 bits of kitchen roll as packaging. Few bits turned up damaged and larger loco was missing chimney top. Seller was dismissive, unhelpful and stopped responding to messages. Cba to open case as wanted to keep the rest of the stuff. Be warned if you order something delicate or valuable maybe ask them how they plan to ship the items. All it takes is a few old newspapers at the very least. No apology offered.
