Very good kit overall
Every component is very good, especially the snare pad which feels very acoustic-like and module which sounds great. The toms despite being rubber were softer and feel far better than I expected. If the ride cymbal's bell is hit too softly a bow sound will be triggered, which is likely a manufacturing defect not present for the majority of buyers. While the hi-hat controller does offer a wide range of openness and closedness, the spring (which you are most likely able to swap out for a better one) is weak, not offering an acoustic-like tension. Additionally, the rack is very limiting at times. you can't rotate the snare to position the cross-stick zone to your liking, nor can you raise the rack toms very high. For left handed players, you do fortunately have the option to place the ride cymbal on the left of the kit Overall this kit is great but with the limiting rack and weak hi-hat controller spring I cannot rate it 5 stars.
