4 of 4 found this helpful Evidently I have sensitive skin, because I had a reaction after using it fairly heavy two times nightly in a row. It wasn't real bad, but from now on I will use it sparingly and every few days. I am not used to something that strong. I looked back at the brochure and did not see any recommendations for the amount either. I know it says something about frequency, but I think it would be useful for new users of the product to be advised to use sparingly the first time as well.
