Get what you pay for
2 of 2 found this helpful I knew the product was an open box item used in the store. It only included the device and the charging cord but that was all I needed. The battery was supposed to be good. It was a good price. However after downloading my music and charging the device it only lasted for about an hour. The device does not show a green or orange light to indicate the battery life and does not indicate if the battery is low. Now I tried charging for 24 hours and it doesn't come on at all. Very disappointed.
