Slightly underwhelmed but it does the job.
As other people have mentioned this is a pretty thin primer/undercoat so don't expect one coat or even two to smooth out any possible surface imperfections, and try and avoid splashing it everywhere, on the good side it goes on quickly and dries quickly too. Debatable if the flexibility is always required but I used it as was using a flexible top coat on new wood cladding so I'm hoping it does allow for some movement without cracking up the paint. If your wood is pretty stable I'd probably get something much thicker and probably cheaper too.

Stinky but good paint
SERIOUSLY stinky paint, so wear a mask for sure and preferably paint outdoors if you can move the item needing painting. It's fairly thin but if you apply it carefully with a decent brush you get a really good shiny tough wearing finish. It does take some time for it to dry and stop smelling but I'd rate this better than the Hammerite smooth that I used to use as a go to paint. It's not cheap when it comes to what you get for the volume but I'd happily buy it again if it's not for a huge project.

Get thinking (or not!)
All information taken and expanded on from previous books by Eckhart Tolle, as ever fascinating stuff but only 3cd's worth rather than the 7 for the books so a little pricier in effect. Information could be a life changer for many people but as easy as it sounds it's actually harder to implement (at least for myself) than I thought it would be, frustrating. Hopefully others will find benefit from this much more easily and quickly. Good luck.
