6c 4.2mm speaker cable/wire plug/connectors made for Select Sony home theater

Works Great

Needed to hard-wire a Sony system to speakers built into the house and these worked great. $16 for something like $4 in parts is a bit much, but I could not find a connector to do it myself, so oh well. Snug in the sockets, good quality wire, color code rubber is a nice touch to help keep it straight when soldering.

Good

The barrel nut does not stay in the body so it is a bit of a pain to get them mounted. I am using them indoor for winter so I can't legitimately say if they handle road bumps to stay in place but they have been good for winter trainer action.

Dead pocket gopher

Caught mole in 2 days. Traps are a little wide for the holes they are digging here in NW Montana. Loop. On the end for wire has too big a gap but I'm not sure how you manufacture it tighter.
