Even with the 3 hour time difference and weekend, seller always got back to me quickly. Was able to put together a package (I needed a charger to go with the unit) that was very competitively priced against other listings on eBay. There was a glitch in eBay that would not let it ship to me in WA so seller created a new listing to work around it. Shipped promptly in well protected packing.

The item was cancelled due to "out of stock" after the payment was made. We were refunded the money for the item, but the cost of the warranty was not refunded. we tried to contact ebay and the seller for the refund of the warranty but were never contacted back. My job is to provide a refund which I did, If Ebay somehow is holding the remains of your warranty which I don't control, how is that my fault ?. I think you should have reached out to me which you never did, please be honest, and I would have did my best. My last two reviews came from partnering up with an irresponsible partner who I am no longer working with.Thank you !

I reached out via message and told you to please provide an email, or company name, and several other things that were needed for such an expensive equipment, and you refused to give those things, your cellphone listed was going straight to voicemail and no response for 3 days, do you not see we are tying to protect you as the buyer ?, If not then I am sorry for the misunderstanding.
