A great book to have on hand.
Quell that voice in your head... Get a grip on what's really going on in your own mind... Learn to open up and receive rather than close down and shut out. Life is better when we live open.

Old school is best!

I have owned an older old hickory knife from 40 years ago, just threw it in the back of my car as a utility knife. Always useful and actually is better the more you use it. These knives gain character over time and are a pleasure to use. Their utilitarian appeal never gets old. A great knife for a small price! I bought 2 I liked it so much.
You can put a great patina on the blade by wrapping the blade in paper towels soaked in vinegar for about an hour. And, if you want a sheath for it, get a Ka-Bar 7" blade replacement leather sheath for $12. It's a beautiful combination.
