ordered and received 4, only 3 had a charge, tried to charge the dead on on a EBL charger, would not charge suspect bad battery

Save your money not worth the price it is sold by.
Windows 10 will not let the app run. No use for me that way. Can be installed on Android phone but picture quality is poor.

Item that was delivered was as described on E-bay. After installing a hard drive, cleaning fan and cleaning old crusted heat transfer gel from cpu and graphics card, I installed new thermal gel and reassembled. installed win 10 on hard drive and down loaded HP Support Assistant and ran battery check, battery weak, ordered new battery and installed. Computer works like a new one.
