It was gift
This book was not for myself it was a gift for a lady friend who had borrowed hers out and never returned. So i scored a couple points with her lol.

Great stuff.
Felt the benefits with in 5 days great stuff and worth every penny. I WAS deficient in D3 but sense starting this product ...it has been a month now... my sugar is normal had very bad diabetes... my kidneys were failing me have been on dialysis for a year now but now I am able to put out fires..... did I mention its taste ...i look forward to my table spoon full twice a day. Of course I also changed my diet and went organic as much as possible but this was the missing key.

Upgrade from my old phone
Cheap cheap cheap . Lasted about 3 months then the glitches started comming one after anouther. Dont waste your money on this sad product.
