  Item was sold new unopened and as described. Purchased new and unopened and sold new and unopened. Purchasers mail address is located in the United States. Purchaser profile address is in the Philippines. I can’t control purchases meant for local shipping that end up shipped internationally. Buyer paid $.99 and around $7-$8 shipping.
