Buyer blamed seller for item being sent to location in NSW when they apparently live in QLD. However, simply reading eBay’s terms and process for purchasing authenticity guaranteed items would have provided more than enough clarification that the seller was required to send the item to eBay’s authenticator then the authenticator centre posts item to buyer. Hence the initial NSW tracking number (which was the seller following eBay rules) and lack of AusPost help.

Perfect for dry damaged coloured hair
1 of 1 found this helpful As a foiled blonde with thinnish hair most shampoo's dry it out to the point of brittle and most conditioners that actually work weigh it down.............not the SP. It's gentle washing means my hair isn't stripped and the conditioner (which you need such a small amount of) brings back softness and shine. Love this product!

Better than expected
It's sturdy and easy to put together. It generally has 2 cats sleeping in it at a time and handles it well! Just remember to clean the window area and moisten suction cups well before attaching it. While it falling off with the cat in it was very funny......it could have been a trip to the vet........
I'm going to buy 2 for my son's cats.
