A MUST-SEE FOR EVERYONE ON THE PLANET

Terrific screen adaptation of Jack Ritchie's "The Green Heart". This has been one of my top 5 movies for years, now.

ipad for travel
we don't own a cell phone. i know, i know. the thing is, there's no actual cell service that works at our house; so, we have to have a land line. anyway, we are planning a trip to see some friends in switzerland this coming summer, aand we wanted to have something to take instead of the weighty macbook pro. since the ipad arrived, i have been having a blast with it. i thought initially that the small screen size would be annoying for me, since my vision isn't great. it's not! no problem at all! it's taken a bit of time to learn to navigate, since this new creature is more like a phone than a real computer, i guess. it's very easy to use and i think it will be just the thing for travel.
