Good Kit price
The little black ball on the plate broke off either from a bad weld or the tension was set too firm and broke it off.
I called the place I bought it from off of EBAY in Naples,FL and they didn't seem to want to help me get another ball and plate. But i called CURT directly and they sent me one out the same day. Good product and service from the factory itself but the distributor on EBAY lost a customer for any of my other hitch needs. Thanks!

No headphone usage port

Parts looked good
2 of 2 found this helpful So far, so good. It did make my Trailblazer ride a lot better. The factory ones were definitely wore out.
