New Batteries for Old Camera
1 of 1 found this helpful These batteries are not the newer Lithium Ion batteries but an older technology. The charge lasts as long as the 2005 era batteries, but not as long as today's new batteries. That said, it is good to find batteries for this old camera.

Looks great but is not reliable (in my experience).
The MTH Realtrax operating trax and switches are not as reliable as I would like. They look good but only about 70% of those I have bought worked when I first installed them and kept working afterward. I am considering replacing my RealTrax with old fashioned Lionel 031 track because of this. I am getting tired of buying repalcements (for those that worked at first) and returning units (for those that fail immediately) while my layout sits with an empty spot.
