Only put five stars to show others my experience, actually deserves one.
I got this coffee maker because there's so many good reviews about Bunn but when it came the box was quite damaged and the maker definitely wasn't new. Used it and it leaked water out of the bottom, asked for a return and the lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful, didn't require me to send the old one back and sent me a new machine. I did receive both machines very quickly, the second was without a box but that was expected but instead of some sort of box it came oddly wrapped in a long piece of cardboard folded around it. This coffee maker was scratched all over, definitely used, the price I would have put on either of them considering their look would be maybe $25. This one also leaked out the back and the coffee was luke warm, I could put my hands on carafe when it was done brewing. It was fast brewing I'll give it that. When I asked about this one leaking I was told to try putting 9 cups in instead of 10...but then it would only make 9 cups...and its a 10 cup machine sooo...it wouldn't be functioning correctly. I'm honestly at a loss.
