An imperfect arrangement that is still usable and very light

in order for the scope to be vertically correct requires having some levels and having the scope slightly over rotated in one direction so that when torqued, it shifts to being level. So a bit finicky. Probably having the ring cammed and only two screws is not the best arrangement for leveling.
