Marklin High-Efficiency Motor Conversion Set for Larger Flat-Style Commutator

For the listed engines, its just a plug in.

I was able to convert a couple of older Marklin engines from the late 50s early 60s, from AC motor to DC motor. The parts just plugged in with no modifications. I have used 2 of the 3 I got, and plan soon to use the 3rd one, but I need to find the engine first. I definitively recommend this kit because it really works.

An excellent Marklin 3047

I checked the engine and found it in very good condition. I immediately disassembled it as I will install a DC motor and DCC, plus LEDs.
