Screen damaged and Sound quit.
Upon opening the package and turning on the monitor, noticed two approximately 2 inch glare like obstructions as if it fell or was hit, and many scattered unresponsive pixels which just stay off. After a day of use, the sound stopped working and now just a clicking sound about every second can be hear. Knowing it was refurbished, or at least they attempted to.

Great except for case
The underwater case was damaged to the point that it wasn’t water proof anymore. Damage was done prior of shipping. Every thing else was fine.
