Very interesting and informative
The first part of the book describes many of the factors that are involved with bone formation in our body, along with the things that take calcium away from our bones, from our lifestyle choices, to the foods we eat (or don't eat). The last part of the book is a formula for increasing our bone density. Very informative and so grateful to have found this book in my early 50's before a diagnosis of osteoporosis!
I used to rummage around on my spice shelf trying to find the right spices for my recipes. Now all of my spices are so easy to find and I love the way the spices look so organized and neat. This is wonderful, I wish I had purchased this years ago.
