  This seller advertised a backpack as “NWT.”. This means “unused, new condition.”. The backpack I received was clearly used with marks on the bottom of the bag, smelled of perfume - I handed it to my husband and he said “yuck, why does this smell like perfume if it’s new?”. The kicker was the used face mask inside the bag! The seller then lied about generating shipping labels and reimbursement, both assertions which were rebutted by Ebay customer service. Shop with this seller at your own risk!

  Please stay away from this buyer (I blocked her). She lied about the smell of the backpack (no perfume smell), and a used mask (which was NEVER used and came with the Athleta backpack when I bought it). The backpack IS new. Why she couldn't just return it without lying? It would have been the right thing to do.
