They refunded all of my money with and honest explanation of what happened.. I truly believe this was an accident because of the initial helpfulness didn't fit the profile of purposely sending me the wrong product.. I think Honesty should be rewarded .

ALLERGIC And made from Animal Hair
0 of 1 found this helpful I PURCHASED THIS ITEM FOR BLOOD CIRCULATION. I HAVE NEVER PURCHED ONE BEFORE. AFTER USING IT I WAS ITCHING ALL OVER AND JUST CHAULKED IT UP TO GETTI G MY DEAD SKIN OFF. THE NEXT TIME WAS A DIFFERENT STORY. I WAS GETTING RED BUMPS AND FELT LIKE I HAD BUGS ON MY SKIN. I WAS ITCHING AGAIN BUT WORSE. I ALSO GOT A FEW SPLINTERS. I WOULD RECOMMEND A ANIMAL FREE BRUSH.
