  When this wonderful seller heard a small rattle inside a delicate vintage item she advertised as in excellent condition, she immediately contacted me rather than just sending it as is. I confirmed that since it was to be a gift, I would prefer a refund, which she immediately processed.   Amazing job wrapping up all of the dishes! I was concerned as the items in question are antiques and quite fragile, but the seller wrapped each individual dish in multiple layers of protective packaging and even stuffed additional packing paper in all of the nooks and crannies in the box. They even gave me a partial refund on shipping as I made 3 orders all at the same time and they were all mailed together. Absolutely would buy from this seller again!

  The bowls arrived a day later than we expected. This was not the seller's fault. The USPS put the package on the delivery truck for all packages to 8th St. when it should have been placed on the truck for all packages to 9th St. The folks who received the package walked it to our house! "It takes a neighborhood!" The bowls are terrific and they were packed extremely well. I would use this seller again. Thank you!
