Been there, love it!
I have used this for quiche, twice baked potatoes, fruit pies, flourless chocolate cakes (nice gooey fudgey centers with crisp brownie type outside), custard cakes (canneles), whoopie -type pies, small Italian cream cakes, love this machine! Perfect size for two people! Cleans up easy and heats quickly and evenly....buy one today!!!!!

One of a cookie baker's mainstays!
I own hundreds of cookbooks....this one is great because it is about baking from a pastry point of view...not just recipes for cookies. The descriptions are detailed and accurate. I have changed the way I made some of the standards and they are at a high level. This book has something to tell the novice or seasoned baker....Alice Medrich, YOU are a genius!

company shipped them fast! They fit perfectly, coffee or tea filters through exactly like commercial ones. We have a burr type grinder, don't know i
