Fantastic earplugs
Alpine Sleepsoft are the only earplugs I use. I’ve tried others, and none of them stay in or block out sound like these. They usually last me about 2-3 months before they start wearing down and falling out. I also wash them every night before bed. I have terrible insomnia, and these help block out sound. I still hear my alarm in the morning, so they are still helpful without blocking out absolutely everything. I’ll always buy this brand.

Great product, but not perfect
3 of 3 found this helpful I've used my new ear plugs twice now, and they cancel out the footsteps and voices and bass of the television speaker downstairs (my main concern since I'm such a light sleeper). I fell asleep very easily, and they were decently comfortable. However, in the middle of the night, BOTH times, whichever ear plug I was not sleeping on (side sleeper), the ear plug fell out during the night. So 3 of 4 in the morning I wake up because half of my hearing is cancelled out, making it feel like I had water in one ear. They are small, so it took several minutes to find and put back in my ear, which kept me awake for awhile.
I love the product, I will use when I absolutely need it, but they do not stay in the ear throughout the night unless pushed in tight. (Which is a concern for me--don't want them stuck!)
