Great product!
This actually really works - took 4 or 5 times to make a real difference but the end result is pretty good for £6!

1 of 1 found this helpful This DVD was great - routines are challenging but with lots of modifications for different intensity levels. The chill out section is fab as well. Easy to follow routines that really work - would highly recommend!
