Item is as described, including the fact that it is new "open box". However, the faucet did come with cosmetic damage (dings and scratches). I wrote to the seller, and he said that damage is usually caught before shipment. This is a good seller, although I am somewhat disappointed due to the damage. Seller offered to accept return; I declined since I already installed the faucet.

There’s the old adage “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”. Well I am so happy that was NOT the case with this purchase. The price was amazing, too good to be true.
