    A mixed bag. Friendly communication and fast & safe shipping. However the book was listed as grade 7.0 FN/VF, when in fact it turned out to be 5.0 VG/FN. For key books the value drops by about half from 7.0 to 5.0. I am still giving a "positive " rating, because the photos were clear and helpful, and I knew already that it wouldn't be a 7.0 (I had been hoping, and based my offer, on a 6.0). Also, the seller was nice and does not appear to be a comic book pro, so I'm giving benefit of the doubt.
