I LOVE XS DXT Standard Dot Night Sights!
Including the Set I just bought a G43X Slide I now have XS DXT Standard Dot Night Sights on four (4) GLOCKs (G19.4, G19.4 FULL FDE, G23.4 FULL FDE, & G43X Rail). I love how easy it is to align the Front Sight with the Rear Sight: Just place the Dot on top of the Rear Sight's vertical bar and fire. The Front Sight Dot is easily picked up for fast target acquisition, but can be quite accurate if the shooter has good trigger discipline. I also prefer the Rear Sight 's shallow "V" over tradition square or "U" Notch Rear sights because the area around the target is completely unobstructed.
FYI, for comparison I have an XS DXT Big Dot Set on my G19.4 MOS. The Big Dot is even faster to pick up, because the Big Dot covers a larger area (read it has a larger aiming point) the Big Dot isn't as accurate at distance. That's OK since speed is probably more important than group size at self defense distances.

Awesome memory upgrade that worked straight out-of-the-box!
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this (32GB 16x2 HyperX DDR4 2400 Kit) to upgrade the 16GB of RAM in my HP ENVY 17-ae194cl. NOTE: HP officially supports up to 16GB of memory (not 32GB) in their newer laptops, but I knew that the i7 8550U, Intel Series 100 Chipset, and the two memory slots in my ENVY support 16GB modules so I bought the 32GB 16x2 Kit. It works awesome and I highly recommend it. The Crucial 32GB DDR4 2400 Kit would be a great choice too.
After pulling the bottom cover off my laptop and replacing the factory memory modules (16GB Hynix) I powered the ENVY up: The ENVY 17 recognized the change in the amount of installed memory (to 32GB), at which point I had to reboot. My ENVY 17 then booted straight to Windows without a hitch. The speed default is 14-14-14-35 2T Command Rate, but depending upon the load it will often run at 9-8-8-28 28 2T. I also ran the Freeware version of MemTest86 v8.2 (7 hours, 18 minutes) with zero errors.
My OS is Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit, and as I type this review I'm running Task Manager, CPU-Z,11 Chrome windows, 64 Edge windows, 2 games of Solitaire, 2 instances of Word, 2 iTunes windows, Hotmail, McAfee, and 7 Explorer windows. I'm using 49% (about 15.7GB) of the HyperX.
NOTE: Before handling any components in any laptop, always remove the battery, discharge any remaining power in the system by holding-down the power button, and ground yourself to by touching an unpainted metal surface to eliminate any static electricity before touching any parts, especially the memory and CPU.
FYI, the Crucial P1 1 TB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD also runs out-of-the-box when the OS is cloned to it, as does the 2TB HP EX950 M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (which is what's in my ENVY now - see attached photos). I've used Crucial memory and SSDs' for years and the Crucial 32TB DDR4 2400 Kit would also be a PnP upgrade in an ENVY 17-ae-194cl.
