The carabiners has been packed each separate in a back and then in serious amount of bubble wrap all together, so chances to get damaged during the delivery. Very impressive and flattering! The seller however issued a refund with no issues and was very apologetic. These things happen and it has not put me off using this seller in the future. Hence the positive feedback.
- r***m (4024)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchase5 Carbon rods packed loose in plastic bag, 3 broken out of 5 on arrival, seller promised partial refund, sent 7 mails promising, never sent refund, I think they were having a laugh over it, so after final request for partial refund, nothing sent, so negative feedback; next time wrap them in cardboard or use a proper tube, just loose in plastic bag as never going to work; won't use this seller ever again... seller communicated, but took no action. Thanks for wasting my time with you.

I sent the seller pictures and explained, the seller made multiple excuses that made no sense as to why they couldn't yet refund me I kept asking for a refund and now they have stopped communicating. I would avoid this seller.
