Does its job
We had to cut a piece off the bracket to get it to fit into the frame of the fireplace, still stayed on the door just fine. Fan started when it got warm enough. Fan does what it is supposed to do to draws cold in in and warm air out, we have only used it a couple of times to try it out as still summer here but we wanted to be prepared for next winter. We think the key is moving the air around
