This makes all of the Helix power come forth.
How easy could any of this get? Though I'm a tube amp & analog pedal guy forever, when I need to do the Helix and Powercab Plus thing, wow. Other than two power cables this is the only other thing to plug in.
Great sellar too!

Great pedal, a sure bet.
1 of 2 found this helpful Absolutey a great pedal, the tone is there. As much as people go on about reissues I can't find anything wrong with it and I'm a tone freak, I accept nothing less than great sound.

MXR Blue Box is a great pedal.
I want to put in my findings as I've seen a few bad reviews for this. You have to sit with it and tweak it for your set up, no getting around it. When you do you'll get a good fuzz to synth fuzz sound for soloing. It gets a two octave effect too which is very good in the right setting. The other is just an effect, run it through a phaser or flanger and you'll get a wormhole/car shifting gears effect. Pat Traverse used the MXR Blue Box for this effect.
