The game was bubble wrapped and packaged in a cardboard shipper, case arrived intact and item was pre-owned but as described. What LostLevels shows is what you get.   Item was as described and was packed securely. my problem is that the seller lied to me. I purchased the item on the 5th and shipping label created with an estimated delivery date on the 9th or 11th. On the 9th I contacted the seller asking when they were going to drop off the item at the post office. They replied at 10:47pm they replied that they had and the post office just takes their time sometimes. At 10:53pm the tracking updated that the post office had received the item.
