Beautiful introduction to key works by Antoni Gaudi.
This book is published by Rizzoli - known for producing excellent art books. The text is a well written, informative and insightful introduction to Gaudi's architectural genius. After a short biographical introduction, there is a map of the 12 sites in Barcelona that are discussed in the book. Commentaries on Gaudi's work, include the Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, Park Guell,and Casa Batllo, are illustrated with"specially commissioned photographs".
This is a wonderful book, I jumped to buy it at a good price! If you are planning a trip to Barcelona, this book will help you prepare to enjoy and appreciate your time visiting Gaudi's work.

Gaudi was a genius.
If you love Gaudi's work, you can never have too many beautifully illustrated books of his creations. When I found this book on ebay at about 25% of the original price, I bought it without a second thought. Prospective buyers should be aware that this is a small book(80 pages; 6.5 x 9 inches.) The photographs are excellent. I personally find the "tag" layout of the text pages annoying, but the text itself is well written and interesting.
