  Thanks for your purchase. I am glad you liked your jacket. I would say that if you had contacted me instead of leaving neutral feedback you would have been welcome to a partial refund of the postage. I am always happy to refund as my customers will confirm. Its not always about weight with Royal Mail it is the size of the parcel which makes it awkward to guess the correct p&p when you are advertising your item for sale . Thanks

  Hi, I totally understand what you are stating about size and postage costs. However, when you posted my jacket, you knew that your estimation of postage costs was incorrect and I was overcharged. You could have contacted me and explained, refunding the difference, but you choose not to. My review was an honest opinion of my experience.
