  POSITIVE: Smooth transaction, and product arrived six days earlier than expected. NEGATIVE: The product description and photo (CAYA contraceptive gel) did not match the one received. After some investigation, we found that they are the same product, made by the same factory, with the same ingredients — just the generic name. Therefore, customers be warned: the photo and product do NOT match.

  Just as described. Shipping was good. My only issue, is when using the hand pump it doesn't have enough suction to pull in the head of glans.

  I bought 8 caya gels from the seller. The items are arrived in delay of over three weeks(!!!) from the estimated delivery date. It is the second time that I bought from the seller and the second time it is arrived in late. Furthermore, two out of 8 were with expiration date of 7 months(!!) and and 4 were with exp. date of 10 months. After communication with the seller with appeal to compensation, he just turn to eBay to close the case without any apology or trying to solve the issue with me.

  Dear customer all spermicidal gels have a max. expiration date of 1 year (12 month). I'm sorry that not all 8 of gels, which you recieved have 12 month time, but if you use first 2 gels and then another 6 gels, I think that 7 month it's enough time to use both gels before EXP date. We are making our bestens to deliver you prompt, but after COVID-19 impact many delivery companies experiencing transit delays. Pls know, if you order abroad, you probably should be ready to wait some longer.
