It fits, but not as good as original
I have ordered two of these over last two years. The inner diameter (where bearings are) is perfect fit. The rubber wheel part however is not exactly the same as the original NordicTrack ones, and even slightly different shape between the two I ordered. They still work but I don't expect them to last. One of the two wheels started making a rubber squelching noise about two months after installation.
