  The package was lost due to snow storms, the seller is excellent, she contacted the post office and me several times, we waited a few days to see if they would get the package and when they didn't get it, the seller immediately returned my money. This is something that was not in her hands, it was not her fault, would I buy from her again? Definitely.

  I had to send it back because it was mismarked as a 110-220 v adapter (which is what I needed.) When it arrived it was a 110-120 v adapter - I already had three like that but burned them out in Europe and needed one for travel. Very disappointing but the return and refund process was very easy and free so it was a positive experience after all.
